"Management Development" is for anyone who has a management or supervisory role.

It teaches the core skills and behaviours needed to work as part of a team and become a strong manager and emergent
leader.

  • A unique work-based accredited programme delivered as a series of 2 workshops each of 2 days.
  • After the first workshop there is an 8 week gap to allow time for delivering work-based assignments.
  • This is a proven way of introducing real change into your organisation.
  • Uses Insights Discovery® to assess personality profile.
  • Optional accreditation towards a university qualification from Coventry University.
