MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT
We run a series of core management development programmes tailored both to the needs of the organisation and to the level of participant attending the programme. Our Foundation Management Programme (FMP) is aimed at first line managers - typically supervisors, team leaders and first tier managers. Our Management Development Programme (MDP) develops the skills and capabilities of middle to senior managers. Participants on the MDP range from technical managers, heads of department, up to senior management.
